Do you offer Pull Thru or Back in Sites?

We have both back in and pull thru RV sites. Our sites accommodate a wide range of RV types and sizes.

Do your sites have 30/50 amp electrical connections?

Yes. We have 30/50 amp connections at every site.

Do all sites have cable and wi-fi?

Yes.

What type of fish are in the lake?

The lake was originally stocked with perch, catfish, and bass. The fish are fed daily by park staff. No fishing license is required.

Does the park have US Mail service and do we accept/sign for resident’s UPS and FEDEX packages at our front office?

We have mail slots located in the front office accessible during normal business hours. UPS and FEDEX packages are placed inside the office for the convenience of our residents. We also have a slot for all outgoing stamped mail.

Are pets allowed? If so, are there dog walks?

Yes. We are in the process of creating these areas.

Where are the grocery stores located near the park?

Located 2 miles away are Market Basket, Brookshire Brothers and Walmart.

Is there additional parking for more than one car or truck?

Single slabs allow for one vehicle, double slabs for two vehicles, and overflow parking is located at the front of the park.

Do you allow BBQ Grills/Pits at RV sites?

Yes, on the slab.

When do you read electrical meters and are they read at each RV site?

Each RV site is manually read 5 days prior to billing date (original move in date).

Do you have anyone on site that services the RV’s?

We can provide you information on Mobile RV Techs in the area.

Does the Laundry Room take quarters?

Yes.

How far are you from nearby chemical plants and refineries?

We are located 10 miles from the Exxon Mobile plant in Beaumont, 15 miles from the Chevron Refinery in Orange and 27 miles from the Motiva Refinery in Port Arthur.
